Holiday Injury Claims
A holiday should be one of the highlights of your year. Too often, however, things go wrong that are not your fault. If you’ve been injured or become ill as a result of someone else’s negligence you may be entitled to make a claim for compensation.
In order to make a claim you must have been on a “package” holiday. This will be indicated on your ATOL Certificate, and means that you have booked two or more of Hotel or other accommodation, Transport (including flights) and any other services (for example excursions). Your holiday must last more than 24 hours and include an overnight stay.
